Across BC in June
We are planning our trip across the southern part of BC for this June. We'll be traveling by Van with our little daughter. We are most interested in looking at land in the Kootenays and we are also hoping to meet up with other land seekers and like minded people out that way! If you have space for our van in your drive way, or a tent in your yard or a spare bed in your home and are able to have us, we would be grateful! We look forward to meeting you!

We are a family of 4 living in Nelson. We share the same vision as you for buying land. Salmo is cheap mostly because it hasn't been as popular and well loved by like minded people the same way the Valley and up Kootenay lake have been. Not sure why else. eastern religious flavor. i have a chai tea company, i play sitar, i publish, and i talk to plants. i have extensive experience building, designing structures, also growing food. i like to deal with grounded real people without weak drama. a little drama is fun. i'm in san francisco. i have had nelson and b.c. on the map for a long time. washington has some good deals too. also, shasta area in california is attractive, pretty smokey last couple of years from fires though.
